Sr Chan Cheok Onn (Chairman & Founder)​

Born in 1945, Mr Chan is a graduate from Reading University, Great Britain with degrees in both Rural and Urban Valuations. He is a Member of the Royal Institute of Surveyors, Malaysia, a Member of the Incorporated Society of Planters, a Registered Valuer and Appraiser, a Registered Real Estate Agent and a Licensed Auctioneer (State of Johor).

He has more than thirty three years of experience in the field of property management and property valuation, real estate agency and more then fifteen years of experience in auctioneering.
​
Organisations he has worked for include Sime Darby Berhad, Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad and Colliers, Jordan Lee and Jaafar.

Sr Annie A. N. Chan (Group Managing Director)​

Miss Annie Chan, a partner of the Firm, is a graduate from University of Reading, United Kingdom with an Honour degree in Land Management. She joined the firm in 1994 and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Royal Institute of Surveyors, Malaysia.

She is a Registered Valuer and Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisals and Estate Agents, Malaysia.

Ms Shelley is a professional real estate consultant with more than twenty five year experiences in real estate development and agency. She has worked in various real estate firms in the country where she gained considerable experience in the sales and letting of properties.
​
She obtained her Real Estate Agent license in 1982 and continues to be active in the property market.
Ms Chan Ai Lin

Miss Chan joined the Firm in June 1999. She is a graduate from Lincoln University, New Zealand with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Valuation & Property Management. She has experiences in the field of Valuation and Property Management.

She is a Licensed Auctioneer in the State of Johor, with her work concentration in the High Court of Malaya at Johor Bahru.

Miss Mei Lee Chan, completed her Honours Degree in Land Management at the age of 21. A graduate from the University of Reading, United Kingdom, Mei Lee has more than ten year experiences in Valuation, Property Management and Real Estate Agency.
