Sr Chan Wai Seen (Director)​

Mr Chan Wai Seen graduated from University Technology Of Malaysia (UTM) in 1999 and gained valuable experiences in Jones Lang Wootton, Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) and JS Valuers Group.

​

He was the first Real Estate Technical Officer (RETSO) in SCB and implemented various policies to enhance the bank’s credit standards. Before joining CCO & Associates, he was a partner in JS Valuers Group.

​

He has special interests in real estate research and has successfully completed over 300 real estate related consultancies. He has also successfully completed a joint research with Universiti Malaya, the first private research project funded under NAPREC fund.
