About us

Our founder, Sr Chan Cheok Onn, founded CCO & Associates on 1st October 1987 in Johor Bahru. Before this, he has gained valuable experiences from working with various large organisations such as Sime Darby Berhad, Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad and the then Colliers, Jordan Lee & Jaafar.

For the past 30 years, CCO & Associates has served its clients diligently and with full responsibility. Its clientele includes financial institutions, public listed companies, government link corporations (GLC), multi-national companies (MNC), corporations as well as individual property owners.

​

Although the firm has been established for over 30 years, Sr Chan Cheok Onn has been careful in its expansion plans to ensure the right partner is appointed to carry out and maintain the high service standards of CCO & Associates.

Over the years, CCO & Associates has built a strong professional team to serve its increasing customer base. Sr Annie Chan, a graduate from University of Reading, United Kingdom, joined the Group in 1994 and became a partner in 2003. The Group set up its Kuala Lumpur office on 29th November 2006, its first office located outside Johor Bahru.

On 21st May 2012, Sr Mohd Khuzairi Yusof joined CCO & Associates. Armed with Honours Degree from Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom and MBA from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia, Sr Mohd Khuzairi Yusof set up CCO & Associates office in Shah Alam, providing property services of CCO & Associates in Klang Valley.

CCO & Associates has expanded to the northern region of Peninsular Malaysia, setting up its office in Ipoh on 16th February 2016, led by Sr Soo Wing Onn. Before joining CCO & Associates, Sr Soo Wing Onn has gained extensive local real estate experiences in Perak since 2009 through its attachments with CBRE WTW and Jordan Lee & Jaafar.

In July 2017, Sr Chan Wai Seen joined CCO & Associates and is tasked to take charge of the Kuala Lumpur office. His extensive experiences in real estate Valuation and Consultancy services are expected to enhance the professional services of CCO & Associates, particularly in real estate research and consultancy services.
