  • Nusa Villa Townhouses (From Sept 2008 to 2010) - These townhouses are located at Taman Nusa Bestari Jaya, Skudai, Johor Bahru. It comprises 301 units of dwellings spread between sixteen blocks of 3 / 4 storey buildings.

  • Indah Samudra Condominium (From Jan 2001 to Apr 2008) - Standing behind Thistle Hotel (previously Hyatt Hotel), this was the first condominium project in Johor Bahru comprising 178 units.

  • Kompleks Sentosa (From 1987 to 1990) - A multi storey shopping complex on over 7 acre prime commercial land with built up areas of more than 1 million square feet. It housed a large supermarket, a bank, hotel, night club, restaurants, pharmacies, health center, gymnasium, etc.

  • Daiman Apartments (From 1987 to 1990) - 37 units of 3-bedroom modern apartments with 24-hour security services. The apartment development is located in the heart of Johor Bahru city center.
